We’re looking for a District Manager who is a confident leader with natural people-focussed management skills - someone passionate, curious, customer obsessed, and of course a chocolate lover!
This role is for a commercial leader who thinks beyond targets and routines. You’ll inspire Store Managers, build future-ready teams, and turn data, customer insight, and innovation into real business impact across a portfolio of stores.

Who You Are
A proven multi-site retail leader (District / Area / Regional level)
Commercially astute with a strategic mindset and strong analytical skills
A people-first leader who coaches, mentors, and inspires
Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution
Curious, adaptable, and excited by the future of retail
Willing to travel across your district
